1. Is Bizkit right for my business?
Bizkit works for almost all businesses, from start ups and one person firms right up to medium to large sized businesses. 2. Is my data secure?
Yes, held within a secure underground data centre, all data is encrypted. It's also automatically backed up and held in an encrypted form on our web servers. We also have sophisticated security measures in place to prevent hacking- with security levels at least equivalent to online banking. ............................................................................................................................................
3. How much does it cost? If it's free, how do you make your money
Like any business we need to make money, but Bizkit is free and we only charge if you start to store a large amount of documents with us- more than 10 MB, equivalent to around 100 documents. You get the full version of Bizkit for free, including the 10MB of storage space- which many firms will find sufficient- and there is no obligation to use more than 10 MB or to pay us a penny.
You'll only end up paying us anything if you're a relatively large firm using Bizkit to run your office, at which stage you'll probably think that it's well worth the small price. ............................................................................................................................................

Bizkit is a joint venture, founded by a senior Chartered Account and two of the UK's most successful technology entrepreneurs and backed by a strong investment team. With more than thirty years of business experience, we understand the problems that businesses face. There are always difficulties with accounts and administration- so we developed Bizkit as a better way of running businesses and making more money. But the important thing was to make it simple to use, so anyone can understand it even if they've had very little experience of running a business - that's why we've had a leading team of web developers backed by Londons leading start up agency providing strategy and development to us for more than two years- our mission, to make Bizkit as simple and easy to use as possible.

5. How hard is the system to use?
Bizkit is incredibly simple. You are led through all the tasks and we assume you have almost no knowledge of accounts or business administration- so anyone can use the system. 7. I already have an accounts package, do I need Bizkit?
Yes. Bizkit runs your whole business for you- our accounts package is just one aspect of what Bizkit does.
Bizkit is a set of tools, bringing everything into one environment. You only have to enter the information once and then everything updates automatically from then on. Here's an example: if you want to invoice a client, Bizkit will have an invoice template already set up. You simply enter a few details then Bizkit automatically calculates the VAT and then gives you the option of to invoice it, post it, email it or save it. If you do this it enters the invoice into your accounts package, it will create the debtor, update your accounts and also store the invoice for you to retrieve later.

8. What happens if we want to leave Bizkit? Am I stuck?
No, you can leave Bizkit at any time. We retrieve all your information and provide it to you in an easy to use format. 9. You have my private information- do you give it out to other people?
Your information is held securely by us and is never used for any purpose other than for your own service. We will never pass your information on without your explicit permission and we comply fully with the Data Protection Act.
