We developed Bizkit because we realised that businesses waste hours doing administrative tasks- it’s boring and time consuming. Bizkit saves you from spending time on those administrative tasks. We’ve spent years developing the system so Bizkit can do the administration for you- with a system that’s quick and simple to use.
Bizkit is unique- nothing else can do what it does. All the tasks are synchronised so when you put in a small amount of information, everything else is also updated. We think it’s so good that once you try it, you’ll never look back.
1. It writes your letters and creates templates, including invoices.
2. Accounts package - Bizkit does your accounts- including all book-keeping and accounting functions like VAT, debtors and creditors and automatically produces statements for all of them. At any given time you can see exactly where you are financially.
3. Organiser - you can input your meetings and events- then Bizkit will automatically provide you with details like directions and can email the people you’re meeting to give them the details. Your Bizkit diary is automatically updated to remind you about vital dates in your business's financial year, like tax payment dates or company returns.
4. Document management - Bizkit saves and files all your documents which you can retrieve, print, email or export from wherever you are. There’s an easy search function to track down any document you need.
5. Contacts - using Bizkit you can easily access all the information relating to any of you customers or suppliers. You can bring up all the documents stored in relation to them, including letters, statements and invoices for that one client. With one click you can write a letter, email, invoice, phone or create a meeting with that person, all from one place.
6. Stores all your information securely. You can use Bizkit to access your information wherever you are and you know that the information is completely secure and fully backed up.
Bizkit is free to use and we promise never to sell on your information to anyone. How, then, do we make money?
The Bizkit system provides you with 10MB of free storage space - that’s roughly 100 documents. However, if you do need more than 10MB of storage we ask for a small fee towards this- but you’ll only reach this level if you’re a relatively large firm using Bizkit to run your office, at which stage you’ll probably think that it’s well worth the small price.
